Valjent, Trajkovski And Kubo Receive International Call-Ups

The trio will travel with their respective nations after RCD Mallorca's clash with Valencia at La Mestalla

Martin Valjent, Aleksandar Trajkovski and Take Kubo will travel with their respective international sides following our trip to Valencia on Sunday in matchday three of La Liga. Find out below who the stars will be facing below:  

Martin Valjent: The defender's fine start to the season has earnt him the possibility of getting a second cap for his native Slovakia ahead of Group E's qualifiers for Euro 2020. Slovokia will host Croatia on the 6th of September at Štadión Antona Malatinského before travelling to the Groupama Arena to face group leaders Hungary three days later. Both games can be considered must win for the Repre, who currently occupy second place in the standings ahead of their first opponents on goal difference with two wins and a loss. Making his debut for Slovakia earlier this year in a friendly against Morocco, Valjent has the opportunity feature in his first competitive fixture. 

Aleksandar Trajkovski: The most experienced player at international level within the squad with 39 caps to his name, Trajkovski has been called up to the North Macedonian squad to face Israel at Stadium de Beer Sheva on the 5th of September before then travelling to Lithuania's Daugava National Stadium four days later in Group G of the Euro 2020 qualifiers. The Red Lynxes are sat in fifth position with four points from as many games. 

Takefusa Kubo: Capped four times for Japan, Kubo will first face Paraguay in the friendly Kirin Challenge Cup at the Kashima Stadium on the 5th of September before competing against Myanmar five days after. The latter fixture is the Samurai Blue's first qualification game in Group F for the World Cup in 2022.
