The Reial Mallorca Foundation is holding a Professional camp from June 27 to July 1, and is targeting youth between ages 14 and 18. The camp was announced this morning, will include the presence, participation, and expertise of Iván Campo, Alfonso Pérez, Pepe Gálvez, Paco Cobo, and Sandro Trujillo, as trainers and coordinators.
This is the first time that the Foundation and RCD Mallorca will organize a “Pro Camp” and the idea is to teach dedicated youth about how to compete like a professional soccer player. “This camp focuses more on the competition than on the training, and what we want is for the youth to understand just how we plan and execute a given training session, and how a first or second division team focuses on the competition” explained Pepe Gálvez.
As such, the club is providing some of its most emblematic former players to demonstrate the values and professionalism that this club embodies, of which we hope to transmit to the youth attendees.
The camp will be held at RCD Mallorca´s Antonio Asensio Sports Complex, and those interested can sign up at the Foundation´s Iberostar Stadium office.
