This afternoon, RCD Mallorca and Umbro presented the new uniforms that the Club will wear during the upcoming 2016/17 season. This collaboration between the Balearic club and the English clothing brand is their first of the kind and was on display at the Illetas Beachclub.
Cabrero, Jaume Valens, Biel Company, Hector Yuste, Juan Domínguez, and Culio modeled the new uniforms: the blue and orange goalie kits, the red home kit, and the white away kit.
Political authorities, prominent sports figures, and Mallorcan business tycoons all gathered to see the new apparel of Coach Vázquez´ troops, firsthand.
Additionally, Umbro explained that this uniform was specially designed with the Club´s colors and 100 year history in mind:
It is a polyester jersey with a V-neck collar containing the phrase “Tota una vida” (´All one life´) on the inside, commemorating the Club´s 100 rich years of existence.
Additionally and slightly below, lie the RCD Mallorca home coordinates.
The RCD Mallorca shield is embroidered on the left breast of the jersey.
The Umbro logo is embroidered on the right breast and is separated by the color gradient in the center of the chest.
The chest area is ordained with a color gradient that consists of lightweight polyester to provide breathability and comfort.
The lower part of the jersey includes Umbro´s official product certification.
And on both sleeves you can find the official font and letters that compose Umbro.
Finally, the mesh sides ensure maximum breathability, lightweight, and a form fit that adapts to each body shape.
