William José’s late penalty saw us fall to a 2-1 defeat against Real Betis after Muriqi had cancelled out Álex Moreno’s opener in a tightly-contested fixture.

Amath and Kang-In Lee replaced Take Kubo and Ángel upon the restart as García looked to freshen things up in offence.
The change in approach to the game eventually yielded its reward as Muriqi levelled matters with an unstoppable header in the 74th minute following a good run and cross from Costa down the left flank.
The scoreline did not remain equal for long as the VAR revealed Rodrigo Battaglia had handled the ball in the box when trying to block a strike.
Willian José made no mistake from the spot to end our run of back-to-back wins as now prepare for two important games at home.
