Match report: RCD Mallorca B 4-0 Sóller CF

Lázaro, Ibra Diabaté, David López and Conejero hit the target in a convincing win

Lázaro, Ibra Diabaté, David López and Conejero were all on the scoresheet as we overcame Sóller CF 4-0 to extend our unbeaten run to 31 games.

Having had to play the rearranged fixture in midweek following the referee union’s demonstration, we controlled the opening exchanges but had little to show for our possession.

We broke the deadlock in the 22nd minute when Miguelito broke forward from the left flank to tee up Lázaro who made no mistake from inside the box.

Elías Chentouf had a huge hand in doubling our lead five minutes later as a fine piece of individual play allowed Ibra Dibaté to fire home.

Elías Ramírez was called into action before the break to deny Bestard from the penalty spot as we headed into the dressing rooms with a two-goal advantage.

The visitors went on the offensive in an attempt to pull a goal back, although David López struck in the 76th minute to put the game beyond doubt with his second goal for RCD Mallorca B.

Conejero completed the scoring five minutes later as we recorded yet another win and edged closer to promotion.
