We are delighted to announce that Manu Morlanes has joined the club on loan for the remainder of the season with an option to buy from Villarreal.
Having previously impressed during loan spells at Almeria and RCD Espanyol, the midfielder is a youth international for Spain and heads to Estadi Mallorca Son Moix having made 14 appearances for his parent club this season.
"I am very happy, very happy to come to a project as exciting as this one,” Manu told club media. “I come to help the club grow, to do my bit to achieve its objectives and, personally, to continue growing as a footballer and to give the best of myself.
"I've come here as the opposition before and I've been able to see how people live for football here. It's a very intense fan base that encourages the team a lot. I'm counting down the days to wear the shirt.
"I've known Jaume Costa for several years, he's a friendly guy and I'm sure he will help me in this adaptation period.”
