Season ticket holders can nominate other fans to use their ticket by contacting the ticket office. The process has been outlined below: 

Ticket holders with odd numbers who are unable to attend our hosting of RCD Espanyol on Friday, August 27 can pass their ticket on to a person of their choice.

Ticket holders must send an email to taquillas@rcdmallorca.es and indicate who they wish to nominate to attend the fixture as they will not be able to use it on a matchday.

Even numbered season ticket holders – who do not have entrance for this match – should follow the below instructions:

Even-numbered season ticket holders will be able to collect unsold matchday tickets at the ticket office on: Thursday, August 26 between 0900 and 1400, and later at 1530 and 1830; as well as Friday, August 27 0900 and 1400, and later at 1800 and 2000.

A ticket office will be open in the ticket office area next to the Mallorcafé. 

Fans must follow the below health and safety protocol in order to gain entry to the Visit Mallorca Estadi:

The GOIB has authorised a maximum capacity of 8,775 fans (40% capacity).

Supporters will be separated by a seat to ensure social distancing, regardless if those in attendance are co-habitants.

Compliance with safety and health measures established by the competent authorities is mandatory.

Use of masks (use of FFP2 is recommended), fans must remain seated and maintain social distancing - a seat of separation in the stands and 1.5 metres in the rest of the stadium - hand hygiene, no smoking, etc...

Attendance of fans over the age of 12 must document one of the following:

Fans from 12 years of age and above must provide one of the following: complete vaccination schedule (the two vaccinations or one in the case of having already had COVID-19), having been infected within the previous six months, a negative PCR in the 72 hours prior to the match or a negative antigen test in the 48 hours prior to the match. For children under 12 years of age, entry is allowed without any of the above requirements, although they must be able to prove that they are under 12 years of age. However, they are recommended to undergo a PCR or antigen test if they have not already been infected in the previous six months, but this is not mandatory.

Water is permitted at each seat and is the only beverage which can be consumed. However, catering points around the stadium for food and beverage consumption which comply with the regulative norms in place of a maximum of eight people per table and 1.5 metres in distance.
