Amath Ndiaye and Gio González were on fine form as they spoke on our Twitter Spaces about our win over Valencia CF, form and next weekend’s game.

"I'm happy with the result of the Valencia CF game,” added González. "I'm happy with the result the other day and being able to bring the victory home. It is a difficult place to go to and we came from behind. That shows the team spirit and unity we have.
"All the matches are very tough. They will be until the end. Every opponent makes it really difficult for us. We will prepare for the match by watching videos, correcting things and obviously maintaining the things we have been doing well, which there are a lot of.
Having made his first start of the season against Valencia CF, González also reflected on the work he has put in to get his opportunity.
"I had to work hard and wait patiently for my chance - now I got it. I’m happy because the truth is that I needed it.”
